Drop box - pay as you go - save on postage!

We now have a code for drop box users 😁


Save on postage by opening a drop box with us. Add little bits at a time through out the month. Then once the box weight limit is reached 1 postage invoice for £4.00 will be issued to you.


Once the postage is paid the whole box will be shipped out to you


All you have to do is add the items you want and use the code DROPBOX at the checkout which will cancel out the single postage each time you order.


Please note your box will be ready to ship once it hits 1950g and can be held for a maximum of 45days . The box will not be sent until the single postage of £4.00 is paid and this will be invoiced via PayPal.

Returns

 

RETURNS

Should you wish to cancel your whole order and return all the items in their ORIGIONAL CONDITION, please notify us within 14 working days of delivery, by emailing us at Loveyourhome.yorkshire@gmail.com

Whole order returns will be inspected and a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund. We will refund your original postage fee without deduction. Please note return postage to us will be at your own cost on whole order none faulty returns. Please ensure you carefully package the items to prevent damages.

If you are returning the goods with defects, we will refund you both the full price you paid for the item(s) including post and the 2nd class recorded delivery for the return postage. Please enclose a valid receipt showing the return postage costs.

Inside the parcel please include your name, original delivery address and order number. You will also be given a returns number to quote via the return request email.

A refund will be issued ONLY AFTER THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED back for inspection / testing. 

We aim to complete your return within 14 working days of receiving the goods back. All refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card or paypal account used.

What wax is used? 


We use pure soy and veggie waxes.

Not a drop of paraffin in sight! 


What are your postage days?

Items are posted Monday, Wednesday & Friday only


We use royal mail our local branch is closed on bank holidays and weekends.


Second class is standard but we do offer 2nd class signed for & 1st class signed for.

DPA & GDPR

Data Protection changes (GDPR) come into force from May 2018.


We can confirm that the only information we have access to is information provided for the delivery of your order. This includes your name, address and PayPal email. 


The only person that sees this information is Rebecca Auty (owner)


As with the original dpa rules you can request to see the information held about you at any point . Your information will not be released to anyone but you.


We do not have access or hold any information on your payment method except the amount and PayPal email of the sender. This is all done through paypal and is fully secure and protected by them.


Your address and name are received via the secure password protected area of the website and and password protected PayPal. 


Your address is transferred to our royal mail secure online postal account when ready for delivery.


Your information is stored only on password protected, limited access portals.

Your data is not used for any purpose other than the fullfilment of your order with us.
